Terms and Conditions of Registration and Newsletter Subscription at RST Roztocze

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the registration functionality and newsletter subscription provided by RST Roztocze Sp. z o.o., based in Tomaszów Lubelski (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

  2. Registration on the Administrator’s website is voluntary and free of charge.

  3. Subscription to the newsletter is only possible after the User has given consent for the processing of personal data for marketing and commercial purposes.

2. Definitions

  • User – a person registering on the Administrator’s website.

  • Newsletter – commercial and marketing information as well as updates on new products and events in the company, sent electronically to the User’s e-mail address.

  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data.

3. Registration Rules

  1. In order to register, the User fills in the registration form available on the Administrator’s website, providing their first name, last name, e-mail address and password.

  2. Registration requires:

    • acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,

    • consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and commercial purposes,

    • consent to receive the newsletter electronically.

  3. By registering and giving consent to receive the newsletter, the User obtains the possibility of free downloading of .STEP technical files (3D CAD models) made available by the Administrator on the website.

4. Newsletter

  1. The newsletter consists of regular e-mails containing commercial offers, product information, news and updates about the Administrator’s company.

  2. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message.

  3. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not result in deletion of the User’s account.

5. Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of Users’ personal data is RST Roztocze Sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data of the User is processed for the following purposes:

    • creating and managing the User’s account,

    • sending newsletters and commercial information electronically (based on consent),

    • fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations.

  3. The data will not be shared with other entities except for service providers such as hosting, IT or other services necessary for the newsletter distribution.

  4. The User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer their data, and withdraw consent at any time.

  5. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

6. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Administrator’s website.

  2. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, of which the User will be informed electronically.

  3. Any matters not regulated herein are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and GDPR provisions.
