INFORMATION CLAUSE
in the case of collecting personal data from a given person
According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data, I inform that:
- The administrator of your personal data is the RST Roztocze Sp. z o.o. in Tomaszow Lubelski, Zamojska 42 A – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”;

- Legal basis for processing your personal data: Art. 6 par. 1 lit. (f) – processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party,
- Your personal data will be processed in order to register people entering the premises / company / preventing the presence of unauthorized persons on the premises of the company
- Your personal data will be stored for a period not longer than 3 years,
- You have the right to: require the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data;
- You have the right to file a complaint to UODO, if it is justified that your personal data are not in accordance with the general rules by the administrator;
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the administrator may result in unauthorized access to the company,
- Your data will not be sent to third countries and will not be subject to profiling.
